Surya Heritage Hotels - Kannur

From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. One specific situation that stood out was when we had trouble opening the shutters on one of the windows in our room. The staff promptly responded to our request and helped us move the furniture blocking the window, great to enjoy the natural light. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made our stay even better. I highly recommend Surya Heritage Hotels for their really good service and warm hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and polite. They offered me great advice on things to do in this city and even helped me book a taxi. One of the best things about this hotel was the cleanliness of the room. It was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of options available. The hotel facilities were also excellent, especially the parking and transportation.

We had a great New Year experience at this hotel! the staff was incredibly helpful and polite, even giving us a 5-hour late check-out on the house. the food was amazing and we particularly enjoyed the prawn fry and the tharavadu chicken curry. the building had an interesting older style that had been renovated, creating a unique atmosphere that we loved.

The music playing in the garden during dinner time was a bit too loud and could be disturbing for those staying at the hotel. it would have been nice to have more variety in the Kerala dishes offered instead of just dosa.

During our romantic escape, we were blown away by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. The key location in the heart of the city made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions. we enjoyed the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant, especially the prawns fry and Tharavadu chicken curry.

Although we had a great experience overall, we did find that the lack of natural light in the room due to the shuttered windows was a downside. We also would have appreciated a wider variety of local dishes on the menu.

The staff, including the outstanding General Manager, Mr. Ajith, went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. I also had the pleasure of experiencing the delicious Breakfast Sandwich, which was simply outstanding. This hotel truly captured the essence of Kerala tradition, making my overall experience unique and memorable. I highly recommend this place to others.
